How Will My Order Be Sent Out?


Courier Delivery:

Small Medium Items
  • We utilise a courier service for any small, medium or large deliveries.

  • The expected delivery time frame for small, medium or large deliveries is an estimated 1-4 working days, providing there are no unforeseen delays whilst in the courier’s network.

  • Each product will be carefully packaged and distributed to a courier for delivery after being picked from one of our warehouses.

 


Pallet:

Large Sizes
  • We utilise a pallet service on larger or more fragile items where necessary.

  • The expected delivery time frame for a palletised order is 1-4 working days, providing there are no unforeseen delays whilst in the courier’s network.

  • Each product will be carefully packaged and distributed to a courier for delivery after being picked from one of our warehouses.

  • Our pallet couriers will always do their utmost to advise of a delivery date prior to delivering.

  • Our standard pallet service offers kerbside delivery only. Couriers will not be able to move pallets or goods inside a property, up steps or transport down long driveways.

Delivery Costs


Our delivery costs are calculated on UK mainland addresses only and additional charges may apply if you are considered to live in a ‘remote’ area by our couriers, further information on this can be found below.

Small - £2.98

Medium - £6.97

Large - £ 11.97

Extra Large - £34.97

Free delivery: We offer free delivery on all qualifying orders over £30 and this will automatically be calculated at check-out.

Remote Delivery


Due to courier constraints, additional charges may apply should you live in a ‘remote’ area. These areas include but are not limited to the following:

Scottish Highlands
Scottish Islands
Channel Islands
Isle of Man
Scilly Isles
Isle of Wight
Northern Ireland
Grampians

If you live in any of the above areas or are unsure if your area would be classed as ‘remote’, please contact our Customer Service team who will be able to provide an accurate quote on delivery costs. Please note that if you do not contact us prior to placing the order, you may be contacted by our customer service to take an additional postage payment before the order can be released from our warehouse.

 

Delivery FAQ



How long will my delivery take?
The expected delivery time frame for most orders is an estimated 1-4 working days (geographical restrictions may apply), unless otherwise stated on the product listing. This is also providing there are no unforeseen delays whilst in the courier’s network; we cannot be held responsible when 3rd party couriers do not deliver on the expected delivery time frames due to factors beyond our control. Our pallet couriers will always do their utmost to advise of a delivery date prior to delivering.

When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible and have a 1-working day dispatch time, however, if you do contact us prior to placing your order, we may be able to dispatch your order the same day. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an update via email which should also include tracking details for your delivery. Please note, orders are only dispatched Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Any orders placed over the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be dispatched the next working day.

Something has come up and I am not going to be in when my order arrives?
Generally, all items we deliver require a signature. If this is a problem and you are not going to be at home all day on the day of delivery, please let us know by calling 01522 214462 as soon as possible and we will try and rearrange the delivery to a more convenient day. Please be aware that this may not always be possible and/or the courier may levy a charge for rearranging the delivery.

Will the courier be able to deliver to my very small street?
Most couriers will have no issue accessing very small streets however, if your order is due to arrive on a pallet, this may be scheduled to arrive on a much larger vehicle (approximately the size of a bin lorry). If this may pose a problem, please do call us on 01522 214462 as soon as possible so we can look to make alternative arrangements if possible. Unfortunately, our pallet delivery service offers kerbside delivery only, and couriers will not be able to move pallets or goods inside a property, or leave sight of their vehicle, due to insurance purposes.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?
Due to the speed of our dispatch service, we may not be able to amend or change a delivery address once an order has been placed, however, should this be an issue for you, we recommend you call our Customer Service team on 01522 214462 who may be able to offer assistance. Please note that changing a delivery address once an order is with a courier can result in delays.

How do I know when my order will be delivered?
Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive confirmation of this via email. This email should include tracking details for your delivery. Should you not receive confirmation of dispatch via email, please call our Customer Service team on 01522 214462 who will be able to update you on the status of your order.

Can I collect my order instead?
We currently don’t offer a click & collect service via our website however, we do have a showroom available in Lincoln so, should you wish to collect an order from this location, please call our Sales team on 01522 214462 to place an order over the phone.

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we currently only deliver within the UK, we are hoping to offer international shipping in the future.
